Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth & Strategy:Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Market Research:Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation & Sales:Generate leads, build sales pipelines, and close deals to achieve targets.
  • Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Partnership Development:Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand business opportunities.
  • Proposal & Negotiation:Prepare business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close agreements.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and improve customer experience.
  • Performance Analysis:Track key performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize business strategies accordingly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or relevant certification in business development or sales.

As a Sales Officer, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced and exciting energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients across B2B and B2C markets
  • Promote lithium-ion battery products and solutions to customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and OEMs
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for customer feedback and campaign strategies
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in industrial/automotive/battery sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and market trends
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Passion for green technology and renewable energy is a plus!
